We want you to love your Sport Strings Tzitzit and have a positive shopping experience with us. Therefore, we offer a clear exchange policy to prevent any misunderstanding:
If your Sport Strings are not the correct size, you may exchange the item for a different size within 30 days of the date of purchase for exchange only. Special orders, including Sport Strings with custom logos, names, etc. cannot be exchanged. All items to be exchanged must be in the original packaging and in perfect, unused, original condition. We reserve the right not to accept a return if the item has been at all damaged, worn, laundered, etc. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping costs. When exchanging an item, please include a check or money order made out to Tamir Goodman Sports Consultant LLC for the amount of $6.00 to cover the return shipping costs. While we would ideally love to absorb all shipping costs, please realize that we are a small business and are simply unable to do so!
